Should Us Work Suits Our Major?

Now, many people think that working should not always suits with our education background. It can be supported by the increasing of unemployment in this country. Department of labor announce that at least 1.4 million of Indonesian who has no job since 1997. As a result, get job as fast as possible they can may be a way essential. I disagree with this idea because it will give negative effect for their selves and the place where they work.
Firstly, the man who takes a job that is not relevant with their major need adjustment more. They must study from zero point for a new thing and it will waste much time. They will find a lot of difficult in their work and if it is calculated so it can be problem later. They will not get more advances in their carrier and working competition. They also do not use their knowledge that they have gotten from their school for a long time.
The second reason is it will influence productivity of factory or else place where they work. To create a good performance or efficiency, it must be done by the expert or professional. It means that the success of factory depend on their labor’s ability. Training for new workers who without experience need much cost that can decrease the income of factory. On the other hand, factory has to manage their budget. A research shows that there a significant relation between major and productivity.
In conclusion, our job should relate with our education background.
